To improve the properties of spare parts and tools for the machining
and equipment industry, there is a wide range of coatings and spraying techniques available.
In this field the "salt nitruration" is a thermo-chemical treatment,known under the name of "TENIFER". By combinig this technique with polishing and oxidation, the existant properties improve to a very high corrosion resistance - "QPQ TREATMENT".
Surface treatment by nitrogen diffusion. This process is suitable for steel and cast-iron.

This process use the thermal expansion and the shrinking of a cold chromelayer(matrix) to incorporate composite parts (15.000 micro cracks per mm2).
These coatings give all materials a good wear- and scratch resistance.
